TWO-COMPONENT EPOXY SYSTEMS
Two-component epoxy adhesives are epoxy resin-based adhesive materials that can achieve high adhesive, chemical, thermal and mechanical strength properties due to the chemical reaction resulting from mixing the two components, base resin and curing agent, that constitute them. Our DUPLOMIX SYSTEMS range includes all the ideal formulations for all industrial, professional and do-it-yourself applications that require superior performance, especially on surfaces that are particularly difficult to bond.
DUPLOMIX SYSTEMS are high-performance systems capable of withstanding loads up to 23N/mm^2 on steel and 19N/mm^2 on aluminum. They are resistant to impact, aging and temperatures from -20°C to +100°C. Bondings made with our systems resist moisture, oils, dilute acids and bases, and many solvents. Once cured, the adhesive can be drilled, threaded and painted.
They are suitable for bonding metal, stone, ceramics, concrete, marble, porcelain, wood, glass, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, rigid plastics, rigid pvc, rubber, expanded polystyrene and most commonly used materials.
