TWO-COMPONENT EPOXY SYSTEMS
The epoxy two-component adhesives are adhesive materials based on epoxy resins that can achieve high adhesive, chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance properties thanks to the chemical reaction resulting from the mixing of the two components, base resin and hardener, that constitute them. They are ideal for any permanent gluing, slot filling or encapsulation application. Special side-by-side cartridges are used, which guarantee the exact proportion of the 2 components, equipped with a static mixer for the most correct mixing.
Our DUPLOMIX SYSTEMS range consists of a wide selection of Epoxy Systems designed for different industrial, professional and DIY applications that require superior performance, especially on surfaces that are particularly difficult to bond.
DUPLOMIX SYSTEMS are high-performance systems capable of withstanding loads of up to 23N/mm^2 on steel and 19N/mm^2 on aluminum. They are resistant to impact, aging and temperatures between -20°C and +100°C. Bonding performed with our systems resists moisture, oils, dilute acids and bases, and numerous solvents. Once cured, the adhesive can be drilled, threaded and painted.
